In 1989, in the small town of Freehold NJ, Tim Black created a construction company, Magnum Contractors. He structured the company to be a community-based company serving Central New Jersey and parts of New York City. He brought together a team of skilled workers who have been with him ever since. Together they have been involved in amazing projects creating beautiful homes.
